About Fraction Research

Fraction Research was built around a simple standard: research materials should be backed by clear, lot-specific analytical data.

From independent testing and chromatographic purity to COA documentation and traceability, our focus is on making the data behind each vial as clear as the material itself.

The name · The mark · The method

Why Fraction.

Target — resolved signal Other detected components Baseline
The Fraction mark, extended into a stylised chromatogram. Illustrative — not analytical data from any lot.
01 / Fraction

A defined portion of a larger whole.

02 / Chromatographic fraction

A separated component, or collected portion, produced during chromatographic separation.

Our name lives at the intersection of the two: isolating what matters, then measuring it.

In chromatography, a complex sample is separated into its individual components. Each separated portion represents a fraction of the whole — isolated, measured, and evaluated independently.

That principle is the foundation of Fraction Research.

Our mark is drawn from the profile of a chromatographic peak — a visual representation of separation, detection, and analytical clarity. In HPLC analysis the target compound appears as a defined signal within the chromatogram, while other detected components contribute their own signals.

Purity is not assumed. It is measured.

Material is produced, purified, analysed, and assigned to a specific lot. High-performance liquid chromatography is used to assess chromatographic purity, and the resulting analytical documentation is tied back to that lot.

  1. 01SeparateResolve the target compound from other components.
  2. 02AnalyzeEvaluate the resulting chromatographic profile.
  3. 03VerifyDocument the lot with independent analytical testing.
  4. 04TraceConnect the material in the vial to its test record.

A purity percentage is the endpoint.
The analytical process behind it is the standard.

Chromatographic purity reflects the relative peak area of the target signal under the specified analytical method. It is distinct from absolute peptide content by mass, and we report it accordingly.

Our Mission

Purity isn’t a feature.
It’s the baseline.

Fraction Research was founded on a single premise: if you’re going to sell research peptides, the purity number on the label needs to mean something.

“Fraction” references HPLC fractionation — the analytical process of separating compounds by purity. Every compound in our catalog is verified by that same process before it reaches a researcher’s hands.

We operate out of Columbia, South Carolina, serving qualified researchers across the United States.

The Testing Standard

We don’t release compounds that haven’t been tested.

Every production batch goes through a four-checkpoint verification process before any lot enters our inventory.

01
HPLC-UV analysis at 218nm — minimum purity threshold 99.0% on every production batch without exception.
02
LC-MS mass spectrometry — confirms molecular identity before any lot is released to inventory.
03
Independent laboratory sign-off — PeptideMeter or Freedom Diagnostics issues every COA. Not Fraction Research. Independent by design.
04
Lot-level tracking — every vial traces to a specific batch with a publicly searchable analytical report in our COA Library.
Sourcing & Fulfillment

Verified supply chain.
Controlled fulfillment.

Qualified suppliers, documented lots, and independent analytical verification support the Fraction Research supply chain. No grey-market sourcing. The supply chain starts with synthesis, not with a reseller. Orders are packed and fulfilled domestically.

Every order is cold-packed with ice packs and dispatched within 48 hours. Your shipment includes the lot number — enter it in our COA Library to pull the full analytical report for your exact batch.
